Completing the order form:
Print out the blank order form below. Specify each desired item and image and include the item # under the image as well as quantity desired. Where applicable, please specify mat color and color desired on fish purses and necklaces.
Payment:
I can accept Visa or MasterCard, U.S. checks and money orders. Maine residents need to include 5.5% sales tax. Include credit card type, number and expiration date. Checks can be made out to Robin Gardella.

Shipping information:
Shipping is to the Continental United States. If outside the U.S., I will contact you regarding shipping prices. Items in stock are shipped within one to two weeks by U.S. mail or priority.
Return policy:
Items returned in good physical condition within 14 days of receiving will be accepted full refund or exchange.
